Our meetings are a mix of online events (free to attend) and face to face networking (where a small charge is usually applied to cover costs.)

We are a welcoming, informal networking group for senior executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, non-executive directors, interim managers, consultants, coaches and self-employed professionals.

Celebrating 25 years of Networking

We have monthly meetings, and quarterly smaller focused groups (Special Interest Groups) where members and guests exchange information, expertise and opportunities.

Private tour of Grocers’ Hall followed by networking Wednesday 18th June

We had a wonderful tour of the Grocers’ Hall followed by networking together over a welcome glass of wine or soft drink, whilst knowing that we had also contributed to a worthwhile charity – Speakers Trust (giving young people the confidence, skills and opportunity to speak and be heard. Each year Speakers Trust train over 30,000 young people, helping them transform into confident communicators).

As we entered an oasis of coolness from the “extreme weather” outside that was causing concern on transport we were welcomed by a cool glass of water or orange juice and started our tour in the John Piper room – named after the tapestry that hangs in there depicting the Company’s history with spice, palm trees, star anise and mace.

The Clerk, Brigadier Greville Bibby,  welcomed us and gave us a fascinating understanding of Livery Halls and the Grocers’ Hall in particular.

Our guide, Dr Helen Clifford, was full of enthusiasm and knowledge, bringing the history and artefacts to life for us.
